Access is a community-based organization founded in 1967 as a non profit corporation in the state of California, and recognized as a 501(c) 3, tax-exempt organization by the Internal Revenue Service. Its mission is to provide access to education, workforce training and support services that empower youth and adults in transition to achieve self-sufficiency and economic independence.
