What is Access Hire-A-Youth?
H-A-Y is a summer work program for qualifying youth in San Diego that allows the opportunity to get paid to work, and gain experience in a job field of interest.
Who is eligible?
Youth from ages 14-24 living within the zip codes of 92110, 92111, 92123, 92101, and 92113 who meet household income requirements.
How do I sign up?
Click on the registration link and fill out the form. If eligible, we will contact you to attend an enrollment session.
What’s next?
Come to an enrollment session with your school ID, license, or California ID, along with your social security card or passport and become an official hire.
