Leadership & Board

Access is governed by a dedicated Board of Directors with diverse backgrounds and skills. More than 40 staff serve the mission of the organization with specialized expertise in case management, training, job development, business partnerships, legal services, and administration.  Led by a President and CEO who has served the organization in various capacities for more than two decades, her commitment to client services and continuous improvement is evident in the staff training and support services that are hallmarks of our organization.
