Hands-on experience is crucial to the learning process. Through internships, youth have the opportunity to explore potential career interest, receive in-field mentorship, and develop resume work experience.  

 

A dedicated team of Business Services Representatives (BSR), work to establish opportunities throughout San Diego County that will engage and inspire our participants to reach higher for  success!

Program Features

  • 6 weeks, 120 hours + paid internship through WIOA funding

  • consistent case management support for youth development

  • consistent work readiness training and career development skills

  • employer mentoring and coaching

  • job placement opportunities

With access to local employers and businesses hiring, our team can assist with job placement activities once you've completed work readiness training and paid internship.  For the most recent job openings, contact us.

Job Fairs

Every Fall and Spring we host a job fair at our main offices and typically have over 30 employers and resources available with job and resource information.  Employers have the ability to screen and interview on the spot.  For information on upcoming job fair dates, contact us.
