The Youth Entrepreneur’s program services helps youth ages 16 -24 develop a concept, focus their talents, and implement plans to develop a business.  These services provide a strong foundation for long-term educational and career pursuits.   

Access Youth Microenterprise Training 

This program open to low income youth aged 16-24 focuses on providing tools that lead to confidence, empowerment, and a gateway to additional education and career pursuits.  Training is provided by Access staff and through a partnership with the Council for Supplier Diversity.  During a summer Young Entrepreneurs Academy, participants learn about business practices and concepts, the steps necessary to take an idea to implementation, financial planning, communication and public speaking, and management. Mentors and internship opportunities provide additional support and to participants.
